You know, not the best photo of me, but next to me are Greg Manchess and Scott Fischer and it’s on James Gurney’s blog so you know I’m okay with that.
I really, really like playing around with borders. So many pretty things! Referenced from and inspired by The Complete Costume History, Renaissance Ornament 15th - 17th Century, and Kinuko Craft paintings.
(I’m having trouble reminding myself that I need to keep it relatively simple, as this is for a dress hem - which will be folding and turning and basically making a nuisance of itself.)
